The details that matter.
The small things that make a form easy to answer, and answers easy to trust.
Required, or not
Mark what needs an answer. Everything else offers “Prefer not to answer”, so nobody gets stuck.
Checked as they type
Email, phone, website, number and date fields catch a typo before it reaches you.
Sections on a page
Break a longer form into sections, each with its own title and a line of help.
Only when it fits
Show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it, so nobody reads one that doesn’t apply.
Fixed or shuffled
Keep your options in order, or shuffle them for each person so the first one doesn’t win by default.
Format and background
Switch between Slides and Classic in settings, and the questions come with it. The page people answer is a soft fade of your colour, or plain White.
Answers you can count, and words you can read.
Choices show where people agreed and where they split. Written answers stay word for word. Plain fields fill a table you can export as CSV.

Questions about Forms.
Yes. Choose Slides for one question per screen, or Classic for every question on one page, with sections and one Submit. You can switch later, and every question type works in both.
It can draft them from a goal, your notes or a call transcript, and add questions that cover what’s missing. Every draft waits until you apply it, and nothing reaches anyone until you send it.
Yes. Every form has a Responses table you can export as CSV, and each person’s answers sit on their own page in Results.
