Encore works with any agent you already use.
Ask it to build a Flow, send it and read the results.
We kick off the Tidewell rebrand on Monday. Find out how the people who run the hotel see it today.
EUsed Encore
Done. I set up one Flow in Encore for the 16 people. Discovery conversation has three steps:
- Getting to know Tidewell (12 short questions)
- First impressions (a Moodboard of 16 images)
- Which feels more like Tidewell? (4 pairs)
Here’s the link to send: encorehq.co/f/4c1e9a07. Send it from your own email, or ask me to remind anyone who hasn’t finished.
Shown in Claude. Your agent uses the same tools, wherever you connect it.

What your agent can do in Encore.
The same things you do in the studio, from the conversation you’re already in.
Build a Flow
A Form, a Moodboard and pairs, in order, with your welcome and ending.
Draft the questions
From what it knows about the project, with any of the twelve question types.
Bring in images
From links you give it, or from a stock search.
Look before it sends
It sees each screen the way people will, and checks the Flow is ready.
Publish and make the link
One link for everyone, or a link per group when people should see different things.
Read the results, and follow up
Every answer as it was given. It can remind the people who haven’t finished.
One address. Any agent.
Add Encore’s address to the app you already work in, sign in, and it’s connected.

- ChatGPTCustom connector
- CursorCustom connector
- EncoreOne MCP address
- VS CodeCustom connector
- WindsurfCustom connector
- CodexCustom connector
Any app or agent that can add a remote MCP server with a sign-in connects the same way. We test Encore with Claude on claude.ai, the desktop app and Claude Code.
Connect in a minute.
Add this address as a custom connector in your agent’s settings, sign in to Encore and allow it. Then ask for what you need.
Customer support
Follow up on the problem they actually had.
When a call, chat or ticket is closed, your support agent, AI or human, asks Encore for a short Flow about that customer’s own issue: did the fix work, what’s still in the way, how the help felt. Not the same survey everyone gets.
Encore builds it and makes a link with the customer’s name on it. Your agent sends the link in its own reply, then reads their answers back.
Ticket 4821 is fixed: Dana Reyes’s bank feed stopped syncing after Tuesday’s update, and we reconnected it on the call. Send her a short follow-up about this fix, not our usual survey.
EUsed Encore
Done. I made a Flow in Encore just for Dana’s ticket. Your bank feed fix asks three things:
- Is your bank feed syncing again? (Yes or No)
- How sure are you it will stay fixed? (a scale from Not sure to Sure)
- Is anything still in the way? (in her own words)
Here’s her own link to paste into your reply: encorehq.co/d/dana-4821. Ask me for her answers once she’s done.
Shown in Claude. A support agent of your own, connected the same way, can do it as each ticket closes.

Questions about agents.
Any app or agent that can add a remote MCP server with a sign-in. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and Codex can. Add https://mcp.encorehq.co/mcp as a custom connector, sign in to Encore and allow it. We test Encore with Claude on claude.ai, the desktop app and Claude Code.
Only what you allow when you connect it: reading your work, or building and editing it too. It works in the studio you choose, as you. Nothing is sent to anyone without you.
